This painting results from a demonstration I did at the Frank Bette Center for the Arts. As always, the less time spent rearranging the still-life, the better the painting.

A few of us were wondering how you frame your pastels since you don't use mats. I don't either - I use a plastic strip shaped like a S that slides onto the edge of the glass and then keeps the pastel about 1/8" away from the glass. Just curious. Your entry into LG Art was so beautiful. Where is the location.
